Noralyn was solely responsible for multiple projects for the Royal Bank of Scotland Properties, and successfully delivered all the FF&E and OS&E items for the iconic Grosvenor House Hotel with a budget of £8mil (500 guestrooms and all the public areas), part-procured the Cumberland Hotel, expedited and closed out the Hilton Waldorf, and the Russell Square. Costed and value engineered The Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin. All these projects were executed under The Parker Company.

 

Other projects she managed over the years include the Jarvis Hotel Group under TFL International Ltd, the Bear Gardens under Conran and Exhibition Stands for the Telecoms and Luxury brands which saw her travelling all over Europe.

She decided to set up her own practice to be able to juggle motherhood, work, life, as well as being a student at the Institute of Interior Design to gain her diploma in Interior Design with 2D/3D Visual design. She is now able to provide a full turnkey service from interior design, budget and project management, procurement, expediting, delivery, and FF&E installation management.

Since she started NMP Interior, she has been fortunate to win projects such as delivering a full turnkey service from concept design to installation of public spaces in a luxury boutique hotel in Hyde Park London.  With the same client delivering their 33 guest rooms in Reading, doing all the budget planning, procurement management, and installation.  Other projects include full Kitchen design renovations, bedroom, bathroom, and open plan dining/living spaces for  high end residential clients in London, from design to project management, procurement and installation.  All this whilst still wearing the ‘FULL time’ Mummy hat on.
